The Lancaster Chamber is celebrating its 150th Anniversary this year – a storied history that has been made possible thanks to the ongoing support of the local business community.

As we celebrate our collective history throughout the year, we are committed to setting the stage to advance our vision of building “a thriving community for all.” Nowhere will the convergence of our past and out future be more on display than at this year’s Annual Dinner.

And we’re back! Celebrating the Annual Dinner at the Lancaster County Convention Center -  networking with Lancaster’s business and community leaders, hearing from an exceptional keynote speaker (coming soon!) and honoring four outstanding business leaders.

TICKET SALES TIMELINE:
4/4       Member-Only Ticket Sales begin!
4/18      Tickets Open to all!
5/15      Guest Information Deadline
5/23      Ticket Packages are Provided to Attendees via mail
6/23      Lancaster Chamber's 150th Annual Dinner!

TICKET PRICING:
$250 Individual Tickets
If you are looking to host a full table of attendees, please choose 10 tickets at time of registration.   

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

You will pick from one of the below registration options.

  • Registering, Attending with Guests - this means you, as the main registrant, will be attending along with guests.
  • Registering, Not Attending - this means you, as the main registrant, are not attending but you are registering guests
  • Registering for Myself Only - you are only registering yourself, no guests.

** As we mentioned, we're celebrating 150 years, and we have a few tricks up our sleeve for the night of the event! In preparation for the celebration, we're going to ask you when your company was founded during the registration process. Please be ready to answer that question prior to starting the registration process! 

 If you picked an option that involves guests, you will follow the below instructions:

  1. If you pick an option that includes guests you will scroll down and put in the number of guest tickets you want in the ‘Program Items’ section.
  2. Once you add those you will hit proceed to checkout.
  3. Input your card information and hit submit.

You will know if your order went through if you receive two automatic emails, one order confirmation and one registration confirmation

You should receive a link in the registration confirmation email that allows you to edit your guest information. We recommend holding on to this email. You can also edit it in your account > my participation > find the event registration > look to the right to find manage attendees.

 

If you picked an option that does not involve guests, you will follow the below:

  • You will hit proceed to check out
  • Then, input your card information
  • Finally, hit submit

You will know if your order went through if you receive an automatic confirmation email.

 

 PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION:

Refunds: Event registration cancellations must occur within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, all ticket sales are final.

Payment Policy: The preferred method of payment is by using our online registration system and entering credit card information. To pay by invoice, you must contact [email protected] to request an invoice. Your tickets are not secured until we receive payment.

FAQs:
Q: How many people are seated at a table?
A: There are 10 tickets/seats at each table. If you order less than 10 tickets, you will be seated with other guests! What a great networking opportunity!

 

Q: What is the attire for the evening?
A: Black Tie is Encourage - we're pulling out all the stops for this year's Annual Dinner - tuxes, gowns, let's get dressed up for a night on the town!


Q: What comes with my purchased ticket?
A: With a purchased ticket – You have access and two drink tickets to be used at our Gala Reception (4pm – 6 pm), a delicious dinner, complimentary wine for the table AND the opportunity to hear from an incredible speaker, watch four legendary Lancaster leaders get recognized and network with our local business community! Our 150th Anniversary is a once in a lifetime experience – we can’t wait to celebrate with you!


Q: Can you tell me more about what the night looks like? What’s the agenda?

Q: How do you seat attendees to the event?
A: Seating occurs by sponsor and other special groups, and then it is done by time of registration. So, get your tickets quick! If you have a question about accommodating seating requests, you can provide those to [email protected]

 

Q: I have a dietary need - when do you want this information?
A: Below is the finalized menu for the evening. Please email [email protected] with your dietary need, restriction or allergy so we can accommodate your meal or make note of it for the chefs. You can also request the Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free option as well. 

Menu: Locally Sourced Summer Salad; Braised Short Rib & Lobster Tail, Roasted Baby Cauliflower & Truffle Mushroom Risotto

Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free Option: Curry Cauliflower Steak with Tricolored Quinoa, Dried Cherries, Almonds and a Citrus Zest
*This option must be requested ahead of the event. 


Q:I haven't received any information about the event, like details, parking, dietary needs, etc. What should I do?
A: We communicate almost directly with the person who registered for your tickets - until we get closer to the event. Please check in with the person who registered for tickets if you are an attendee and don't have any information. As the event draws near, we will communicate directly with attendees ONLY if we have your email address as part of the registration process. The main registrant is the best resource and should filter information to every attendee as necessary!

 

 Q: I plan on attending the event and the after party - is there a hotel discount or code that can be used?
