· Learn how diversity and Belonging can improve your business and why now is the time to start your DIBs journey. (Changing demographics etc.)
· Learn the difference between Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging and why all are critical
· Understand how it feels to be in a truly “belonging” culture and how a “belonging” culture leads to employee engagement needed to reach “The high-performance zone” within your company.
· Understand our proprietary DEI model; how your identities and experiences lead to unconscious biases and privileges; which unrecognized and unchecked will lead to exclusive behaviors (micro-aggressions and bias processes and procedures) which lead to exclusive culture.
· Understand that our lifetime of identities and experiences impact how we see others and how others see and treat us. = Unconscious bias
