Meet the speakers!

Ashlinn Masland-Sarani

Ashlinn is passionate about mindful listening, cultivating empathy, and staying curious. She’s worked in the community benefit sector for nearly her whole career and is currently the Director of Forever Lancaster at the Lancaster County Community Foundation. Ashlinn connects with people, businesses, and nonprofits from all over the county (and beyond!) to explore ways they can give in our extraordinary community. With a diverse background in policy, communications, and development, her favorite part of work is welcoming others and building relationships. Ashlinn also loves connecting about the beautiful chaos of having a career and being a parent, writing, career and leadership development, learning about different cultures, and traveling.
