What to Expect!

Board Effect succinctly outlines the importance of the relationship between the Board Chair and the Nonprofit Executive Director: besides the obvious need to work together, the relationship between the executive director and the board chair sets an important precedent for other relationships. Their relationship has a collateral effect on the other board directors, managers and staff. These two individuals represent a small, but powerful, leadership team. Either they set the stage for respect and cooperation or they set the stage for tension and dissonance among the ranks.

Join us for a conversation on the importance of this relationship, and the parameters around it.
