The Lancaster Chamber is ready to host the 151st Annual Dinner experience - a stellar display of celebration & inspiration - bringing together Lancaster’s local leaders to celebrate business’ impact on Lancaster County’s success.
Lancaster business leaders are defining the future, driving bold and essential innovation across the county, and elevating our impact on the world. The Annual Dinner provides the opportunity to uplift this message, inspire our attendees into action, and affirms Lancaster as the best place to do business. Lancaster Chamber’s 151st Annual Dinner
Thursday, May 25, 2023, 4pm – 9pm
Lancaster County Convention Center
$250 Individual Tickets
If you are looking to host a full table of attendees, please choose 10 tickets at time of registration.
You will pick from one of the below registration options.
- Registering, Attending with Guests - this means you, as the main registrant, will be attending along with guests.
- Registering, Not Attending - this means you, as the main registrant, are not attending but you are registering guests
- Registering for Myself Only - you are only registering yourself, no guests.
If you picked an option that involves guests, you will follow the below instructions:
- If you pick an option that includes guests you will scroll down and put in the number of guest tickets you want in the ‘Program Items’ section.
- Once you add those you will hit proceed to checkout.
- Input your card information and hit submit.
You will know if your order went through if you receive two automatic emails, one order confirmation and one registration confirmation
You should receive a link in the registration confirmation email that allows you to edit your guest information. We recommend holding on to this email. You can also edit it in your account > my participation > find the event registration > look to the right to find manage attendees.
If you picked an option that does not involve guests, you will follow the below:
- You will hit proceed to check out
- Then, input your card information
- Finally, hit submit
You will know if your order went through if you receive an automatic confirmation email.
PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION:
Refunds: Event registration cancellations must occur within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, all ticket sales are final.
Payment Policy: The preferred method of payment is by using our online registration system and entering credit card information. To pay by invoice, you must contact [email protected] to request an invoice. Your tickets are not secured until we receive payment.

Member Exclusive Ticket Sale Begins: Monday, March 13th at 8:00am
General Ticket Sale Begins: Monday, March 27th at 8:00am until sold out!

Q: How many people are seated at a table?
A: There are 10 tickets/seats at each table. If you order less than 10 tickets, you will be seated with other guests! What a great networking opportunity!
Q: What is the attire for the evening?
A: We recommend business formal, gala style, or cocktail attire for the Annual Dinner.
Q: What comes with my purchased ticket?
A: When you purchase a ticket – You have access and two drink tickets to be used at our Gala Reception (4pm – 6 pm), a delicious dinner prepared by the Lancaster County Convention Center, complimentary wine for the table AND the opportunity to hear from an incredible speaker, watch four Lancaster leaders be recognized and network with our local business community!
