The purpose of this program is to gather and engage BIPOC professionals – from across industries, company sizes, careers, experiences, and job roles – to cultivate strong networks, deepen professional development and inspire leadership in our business community. 

The BIPOC Professionals Roundtable will be a program for focused networking, mixed with an opportunity to further professional topics important that help to foster learning and provide support.

Who should attend?
If you identify as a member of the BIPOC community (Black, Indigenous or Person of Color) and work at a business or company (for-profit or non-profit) within or around Lancaster County, we invite you to join us for this inaugural event!
