About the Speaker:

Mark Kandrysawtz is Vice President and Chief Innovation & Marketing Officer at WellSpan Health and President at Benjamin & Bond, a WellSpan Innovations Portfolio Company. In his role, Mark is responsible for system Research and Design, enterprise digital health, commercialized ventures, marketing and creative services. WellSpan Innovations is shaping the WellSpan Health experience for existing and new consumers through the discovery, design and creation of new products and services; and the positioning and promotion of all WellSpan offers.

In his role as President of Benjamin & Bond, Mark acts as a principal consultant and is responsible for the national growth of the company. Benjamin & Bond is a healthcare innovation consultancy that leverages human-centered design to solve problems and create opportunity through the creation of strategies, products and services for healthcare providers, payers and policymakers. 

In both roles, Mark utilizes his proven track record creating and improving businesses through innovation. Specifically, he has expert-level skills in human-centered design; user experience/user interface design; marketing and creative services; strategic planning and business development; and service and product design.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh.
