We're excited to launch Empower for mid-to-executive level women, hosted by Karen Snyder, Senior HR Consultant and Founder of Bloom Consultants. Over five sessions you’ll:
- Identify your own barriers and develop strategies to improve your confidence and success;
- Evaluate and build your personal or professional brand;
- Determine your own personal board of directors and learn how to increase your visibility;
- Identify your career goals, strengths, opportunities, and areas of growth and develop an action plan; and
- Finalize your plan forward.
This unique training opportunity is perfect for women seeking to advance their careers or maximize their talents in their current roles. We’re excited for the blend of learning and group coaching embedded in every session. You’ll join a cohort of women dedicated to learning more about themselves and ways to craft their paths based on their renewed confidence and abilities. Leaders, this is a fantastic opportunity to prepare someone for the next step of their journey within your organization and strengthen your management team!
Empower is a program designed for women in the workplace. It consists of 5 modules over a period of 3 months. The targeted audience is mid- to senior career women interested in being part of a cohort that will stay together for the entire program. Each module will be an interactive onsite 3 hour session. By bringing women together in a cohort, they can learn about themselves and craft their paths based on their renewed confidence and abilities, while sharing these learnings with each other. In addition to the monthly program, the opportunity for peer mentoring, coaching, and networking will be available.
