What is the Lancaster Chamber's Roundtable Program?

The HR Roundtable fosters meaningful peer-to-peer connection and discussion in an invigorating and confidential environment. The HR Roundtable is designed to encourage participants to exchange insight, offer feedback, and express challenges they’re facing in their position or organization while cultivating a valuable network.

Here's What to Expect!

What is work-based learning? What do organizations need to cultivate work-based learning experiences for students? Why is it important? Join Jill Hackman, Career Coordinator at Garden Spot High School, and Juliane Flood, Inspire Lancaster Coordinator at the Lancaster Chamber, as they provide an overview of work-based learning. Understand how work-based learning benefits your organization, strengthens the talent pipeline in our community, and prepares the next generation for the workforce. Hear from a panel of three local professionals on the varying strategies they’ve used to implement work-based learning initiatives in their organizations. Creating work-based learning experiences is an investment in the future – and we’re here to support you in this process.
