What is the Lancaster Chamber's Roundtable Program?

Roundtables foster meaningful peer-to-peer connection and discussion in an invigorating and confidential environment. Roundtables are designed to encourage participants to exchange insight, offer feedback, and express challenges they're facing in their position or organization while cultivating a valuable network. Roundtable sessions include the option to host a presenter or educational component at meetings to introduce best practices or address relevant issues. Roundtable content discussions are guided by a select group of Co-Chairs in partnership with a Lancaster Chamber staff member.

State of Manufacturing

Manufacturers are among those who couldn’t fully pivot to remote offices and maintain operations. From new safety requirements to employee absenteeism and supply chain disruptions, leaders needed to make quick decisions in uncharted waters to support front-line employees. Now, more than two years later, it’s time to look back at what did and didn’t work, and to look ahead to identify challenges that still remain. Join representatives from MANTEC-- Lancaster County’s MEP-NIST partner, SCORE, and Ben Franklin Technology Partners for a roundtable discussion focusing on workforce and automation and the trends small/medium manufacturers need to know.

Agenda:
11-11:30 Networking
11:30-12:30 Discussion
12:30-1 Lunch
