ABOUT THE TOPIC:

For the first time in history, five generations are working at the same time: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. That means, your business has hired and needs to retain five different types of employees – that all come to your workplace with different experiences and perspectives. Those differing experiences affect communication, work styles, and make it harder to be efficient and effective in your workplace – no matter the size of your business or the industry you are in.

Recognizing that these generational differences can create a divide in your workplace and workforce, how can your company take these experiences and perspectives and harness them to create your company’s competitive advantage?

Reimagining the Workplace: Maximizing your Multi-Generational Workforce will give C-Suite Leadership, Managers, and Human Resource professionals the tools to understand the experiences of your workforce, consider solutions to address the barriers that exist and harness that power of multiple generations in your workplace.
