What to Expect!
Vulnerability is often seen as weakness but reveals that it is, in truth, our most accurate measure of courage. It offers both an invitation and a promise: When we dare to drop the armor that protects us from feeling vulnerable, we open ourselves to the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives. As a first generation queer Asian-American, Brian has navigated his professional career by leaning into his intersectionality, vulnerability, and authenticity.
Hear Bri's story and how he has successfully set himself up as an emerging leader through his lived experience, creating a space for all to thrive in the community.
What is the Young Professionals Network?
The Lancaster Chamber's Young Professionals Network (YPN) engages, equips, and empowers young professionals (YPs) to be collaborative leaders and effective business professionals shaping the future of our community.
The YPN program offers growth and development for a community of YPs across Lancaster County interested in expanding their network, enhancing leadership skills, and increasing community knowledge to thrive in the workplace.
